Pastor Rick Gillespie-Mobley, is a native of Dublin, GA. He graduated from Hornell High School in 1974. Rick came to know the Lord at age 17 through his involvement with sports and his church, Hornell Interfaith Fellowship. He attended Elim Bible Institute for one year during the 75-76 school year. He graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY with a degree in History and Education in 1979. After completing his work at Hamilton, Rick attended Gordon Conwel Theological Seminary in Hamilton Ma. He graduated from Gordon Conwel Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity Degree in 1982. Rick was ordained in the Presbyterian Church USA in 1983. Rick later graduated with has a law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1989. He is licensed to practice in Ma. and Ohio. Several years later Rick graduated with a Dr. of Ministry degree from Trinity Bible College and Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana in 1999.

Pastor Toby and Pastor Rick  married in August of 1980. Together  they pastored Roxbury Presbyterian Church for about 5 1/2 years in Boston, Ma. They became pastors of Glenville New Life Community Church PCUSA in 1989 and currently serve in that capacity in Cleveland, OH. They became pastors at Calvary in 2011.

They have been very involved in foster care with special needs children for about 20 years. They were married in August of 1980. They have three adult daughters, Samantha, Anita, and Sharon.  They have been across the country speaking and teaching, especially focusing in on Stewardship and Urban Ministry Revival.
